走过托福园 Journey through Dover Park Hospice

走过托福园是以一家临终关怀医院为背景的系列故事，由一名新加坡托福园的义工写成，纪念在那里每一位逝去的、卑微的、尊贵的过客。

Journeys through Dover Park Hospice is a series of articles written in Chinese on various aspects of the Dover Park Hospice. It is written for the Chinese speaking community in and around Singapore. We hope these articles can play a small part in educating the readers about palliative care and the works of the hospice.
